Ivón Hernández cuenta con más de quince años de experiencia en la práctica de Propiedad Intelectual, siendo una abogada muy reconocida en Guatemala y en el extranjero. Se incorporó al equipo de ARIAS en 2014 y desde entonces ha sido una pieza clave en el desarrollo de nuestra práctica de Propiedad Intelectual.

Ivón Hernández has over fifteen years of experience in the practice of Intellectual Property, making her a highly recognized lawyer in Guatemala and abroad. She joined the ARIAS team in 2014 and has since been a key player in the development of our Intellectual Property practice.
Ivón's legal advice focuses on matters related to trademarks, geographical indications, patents, copyrights, intellectual property legal audits, advertising, data protection, and consumer protection. Additionally, she has extensive experience in civil and criminal intellectual property litigation, including anti-piracy actions.
Ivón has been recognized by prestigious legal directories such as World Trademark Review, Chambers and Partners Latin America, and The Legal 500, where she has been highlighted as a Next Generation Partner.
